We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Telemarketing Associate with healthcare experience to join our Marketing team! Ideal candidate should have sales support experience with high attention to details and persistent. The ability to follow up in a timely manner is crucial to reaching target goals in this role.



  • Identifies prospects by creating and/or utilizing pre-determined lists
  • Calls prospective customers to communicating based on their predetermined script and assigned campaign
  • Influence customers to convert as specified per the assigned campaign
  • Provides customers with follow up information as requested upon the completion of each call.
  • Updates client data after each call
  • Conducts client surveys
  • Reports on each campaign daily with project outcomes and deliverables
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.



  • Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong communications skills - both oral and in writing
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, & Word)
  • Personable, self-motivated, detail oriented
  • Four-year college degree preferred
