**This position is located on-site in Cranbury, NJ**

Responsibilities

MJH-Studios is the digital production arm of Michael J. Hennessy Associates, the leader in healthcare media. MJH-Studios produces broadcast-quality video programming that is distributed across multiple web platforms and at private events. The Video Production Coordinator will be required to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in Project Management with a strong focus on scheduling and production pipeline
  • Work alongside technical director during studio shoots
  • Operate teleprompter
  • Work with internal and external video producers, writers, and creative directors on execution of video projects
  • Maintain strong attention to detail when managing multiple video projects and versioning
  • Receive feedback from project managers and work with Studio Manager to address comments
  • Understand the roles and collaborate with the studio staff (editors, videographers, sound engineer, animators, writers, and graphic artists)
  • Be self-motivated as to continually raise your production skillset
  • Ability to work overtime when necessary

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Degree in broadcast media, production, or related fields
  • If no degree, a combination of Corporate, Network, or Freelance Video Production or Post Production experience that demonstrates high production values and the ability to effectively communicate via video would be required.
  • 1 year of Video Production experience required
  • Strong project management, time management, and scheduling skills
  • Experience managing production workflows from script through final delivery
  • Understanding of both studio and location lighting and sound set-ups
  • Collaborate in a team environment with clear communication among teammates and project managers
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite of Programs (strong focus on Premiere, Photoshop, AE, Audition)
  • Understanding of video industry standard formats, as well as media and asset management practices on Windows platforms and networked environments

Desired Skillsets:

  • Studio Video Production (camera operator, lighting, sound, etc.)
  • Field Video Production (camera operator, lighting, sound, etc.)
  • Experience in Healthcare media
