The Project Coordinator will effectively support Sales through delivery and tactical implementation of project elements and keep projects and all related processes running smoothly.
 
** The position is located in Cranbury, NJ**

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and implementation from start to finish of digital projects for Franchise specific websites, including creation and management of customized emails, brand microsites and banner campaigns
  • Create and manage timelines to ensure that all deadlines are maintained
  • Keep all pipeline, estimates and billing information current and provide reports to finance
  • Create weekly status update and hold project status meetings (internal and client-based)
  • Maintain and update production reports for assigned brands. Keeps all pipeline, estimates, due dates, and billing information current in order to apprise client and all teams of accurate status.
  • Work with the sales team on a quarterly basis to enhance the digital metric portion of all proposals.

Qualifications

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Project management skills, ability to implement complex initiatives/assignment and high attention to detail
  • BA/BS degree required: (Management, marketing, business, communications or related field)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn quickly how to function with new IT tools
