Responsibilities

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and evaluating of all website video based projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Assist in the training and managing of project team and reporting to Senior Project Director.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Proposal/budget development assistance
  • Responsible for developing, updating, and managing timelines
  • Manage content/slide development-writers
  • Manage and track the design, approval, proofreading and production processes
  • Manage Video production
    • Contracting
    • Studio/set design
    • Web development
    • Manage editing
  • Training per pharma company-med legal/compliance
  • Faculty/Talent recruitment and management
  • Logistics-faculty & staff
    • Faculty contracting/travel
  • Management and coordination of medical/legal submissions and review process
    • Submission preparation
    • Attend review meeting-conference call/live
  • Maintain client/sales communication through correspondence and meetings
  • Management/development advertising materials-print/digital
  • Google analytics
  • Manage & maintain revenue, invoicing & P&L on each project
  • Metrics reporting/analysis

 

Qualifications:

  • Five plus years previous project management experience/skills ability to implement complex initiatives/assignment and high attention to detail
  • Strong leadership ability and skills
  • Previous management & training of team members experience necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree required:  (Management, marketing, business, communications or related field)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Ability to define and respond to client needs, and work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of video/digital production a plus
  • Web-based video Medical Education/ Medical Communications industry experience a plus
  • Travel required
