The Market Research Associate is responsible for working as part of a team to manage the execution of all operational aspects of HRA's survey market research projects, including coordination of questionnaire programming, survey field management and progress reporting, data processing and coding with external vendors and internal staff, quality control for survey programming and tabular data output, coordination of sample acquisition from HRA's panel and from external panel providers.



  • Coordinate recruitment of physicians and other healthcare providers to market research surveys
  • Work closely with research, sales, and operations teams to bring projects to completion on time
  • Manage the operations process – from survey programming through to data delivery – for multiple online, high-complexity research projects simultaneously
  • Liaise between internal and external clients to efficiently execute successful projects
  • Monitor and report progress during field; identify and resolve issues that may arise
  • Ensure that all internal systems are appropriately updated in a timely manner
  • Coordinate sampling volume and selection
  • Effectively manage internal project budgets and costs
  • Learn and proactively assimilate new products and developments and transfer these skills to the wider team


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years' experience in market research operations
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Passion for using technology both personally and professionally
  • High level of comfort working with data and datasets
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Exceptional client management skills including strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to take ownership for independent work and function as an effective team member
  • Experience in checking and verifying survey data
  • Basic understanding of survey scripting methods and programming standards
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
