  • Responsibilities

    The Recruiter is responsible for finding and retaining excellent associates, managing full lifecycle recruiting initiatives including all activities for campus hires from colleges and universities to increase the quality of our long term hiring pipeline and to increase the company's branding efforts on campus.



    • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
    • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).
    • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
    • Assist with employment branding initiatives.
    • Assist in employee retention and development.
    • Develop creative ways to increase the company's brand and profile on campus through partnership/collaboration with various professional, community and student organizations.
    • Develop strong campus relationships with colleges and universities through placement offices, faculty, administration, and student bodies to promote the company's brand and image.
    • Coordinate all campus site visits, job fairs, speaking events and any other college student events.
    • Create connections with graduating students and Skyworks management for direct hire positions.
    • Responsible for recruitment of interns and co-ops.


    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience with HR technologies such as applicant tracking systems, HRIS, performance management is preferred. PHR or SPHR certification a plus.
    • Demonstrates a creative, flexible and high energy approach to impacting business results.
    • Strong sense of urgency, drive and passion to take ownership of all projects.
    • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
    • Collaborative team player.
