Responsibilities

The Marketing Coordinator, Creative Services will attend "daily huddle" meetings for Live Events, Creative and Marketing and address and questions or concerns between the teams. The candidate will perform as the link between all three groups to safeguard the quality, timing and budgets of each individual project are upheld. Also, maintain bi- weekly one-on-one meetings with each franchise marketing manager to discuss project kick-offs, timelines and due dates.

Qualifications

Manage Freedcamp (web-based project management tool and organization software) as a super user to:

  • Maintain access privileges/authentication for each individual
  • Monitor user behavior complies with our creative process
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with Freedcamp technical support as needed
  • Monitor for due projects and validate resources are allocated with management
  • Generate a bi-weekly progress report for management
  • Maintain billing

 

Coordinate with marketing and live event managers to:

  • Validate timing and process for all projects
  • Expedite creative briefs. Check all assets are appropriately uploaded to Freedcamp (i.e. content, branding, specifications, etc.)
  • Confirm all brand plan tactics are entered and can be delivered in a cost-effective/feasible amount of time
  • Process fast-track protocol for tactics that require expedited turn-around
  • Expedite purchase orders as needed. This includes checking they are appropriately submitted and approved prior to placing all orders.

 

Vendor relationships:

  • Contribute to the bi-yearly triple bidding process for preferred vendor status
  • Coordinate with management to validate all pricing grids are upheld
  • Maintain pricing grids as updated cost change
  • Coordinate shipping logistics for all deliverables leaving creative
  • Follow up with creatives to confirm proof are accurate and approved
  • Coordinate with vendors/designers if proofs are incorrect
  • Gather their new product offerings to share with our team
  • Keep a library of product offerings to reference as needed

 

Coordinate with corporate office to:

  • Maintain welcome screens within our lobby are up-to-date
  • Order corporate stationary as needed

 

For external client work, it is required to:

  • Perform as traditional traffic manager. 
  • Need a good understanding of agency/communications process
  • Responsible for managing the routing of work amongst the different parts of our organization
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
