The primary responsibility of this position is to help ensure client deliverables are delivered in a timely manner with the highest quality possible and to maintain organization of resources, by supporting the Project Managers in their efforts for timely and professional delivery of client projects.


  • Support the Project Management team’s efforts related to the trafficking of projects through content, editorial, production, and circulation processes, communicating with team members as needed.
  • Manage and update the tracking documents for projects, including updating weekly slides for Senior Management.
  • Enter budgets into ReQlogic for projects in collaboration with Business Development, Scientific Affairs, and Project Managers; route for approval.
  • Manage the faculty recruitment documentation process, including document review and placement in the proper files, tracking associated with recruitment effort and receipt of required documents, and other related tasks as needed.
  • Oversee the trafficking of content documents for Peer Review, Credit Review, and Fact-Checking, including tracking receipt, saving in the proper folders, and notifying key stakeholders that the information is received.
  • Enter updates into the Project Specification documents as the information becomes available during the progress of the projects.
  • Support the Project Managers’ efforts related to content, layout, and distribution of biweekly/monthly newsletters.
  • Coordinate faculty travel, as needed.
  • Assist Business Development and Scientific Affairs in trafficking, organizing, and tracking Medical Writers’ efforts related to Needs Assessments.
  • As needed, contribute to the completion of the Editing grids for video editing communication to the Studio.
  • Perform other tasks required to ensure successful development and deployment of client deliverables.


  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Productive, flexible, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
