As a UI/UX Designer at MJH, you will be responsible for the ideation and creation of our overall user experience, visual language, and product interfaces.


We're looking for a well-rounded individual who:

  • Understand end-user needs
  • Identify the moments of engagement, or touch-points, between people and brands
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and InVision, or similar.
  • Design sitemaps and wireframe to clarify complex interactions
  • Iterate on your design based on feedback from internal reviews and user testing
  • Help the team move products from prototypes to production
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills for working in a collaborative team environment.


  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating and articulating an understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
  • Experience creating interactive prototypes
  • Knowledge of video and animation tools (AfterEffects, Premiere)
  • An expertise with Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign), MS Office
  • An ability to describe how you reach your design solutions
  • Passionate Customer design thinking: we want someone who keeps the big picture in mind and knows that good design is about more than just how it looks.
  • Strong analytical skills in leveraging analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of UI/UX designs.
