The Project Manager is the planning, executing and evaluating of all print based projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Assist in the training and managing of the print project team.


  • Proposal/budget development assistance
  • Responsible for developing, updating, and managing timelines
  • Manage content/slide development-writers
  • Manage and track the design, approval, proofreading and production processes
  • Training per pharma company-med legal/compliance
  • Management and coordination of medical/legal submissions and review process
    • Submission preparation
    • Attend review meeting-conference call/live
  • Maintain client/sales communication through correspondence and meetings
  • Management/development advertising materials-print/digital


  • 3-5 plus years previous project management experience/skills ability to implement complex initiatives/assignment and high attention to detail
  • Strong leadership ability and skills
  • Previous management & training of team members experience a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree required:  (Management, marketing, business, communications or related field)
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Ability to define and respond to client needs, and work effectively under tight deadlines
