  • Responsibilities

    The Senior Editor role is a full-time opportunity for a highly talented, motivated, and creative individual with a love for travel. The individual in this position will attend multiple key international conferences, build relationships with leading physicians across the world, and become an expert on the global pharmaceutical regulatory system. Regular trips to Europe, Asia, or South America are required.



    • Identify breaking and practice-changing oncology news relevant to physicians outside of the United States and write search engine-optimized articles
    • Work with editorial team and/or freelance writers/videographer to develop compelling content, including videos and feature articles
    • Build relationship with leading oncology professionals around the globe and develop an editorial advisory board of experts
    • Develop content for topic-specific resource centers and emails in tandem with US-focused team that can be used in emails and print
    • Keep current on developments and trends in oncology and healthcare
    • Able to travel 25% of the time to attend international medical conferences


    • Minimum of BA/BS or equivalent editing/journalism experience
    • 5+ years writing/publishing experience, preferably healthcare related
    • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong typing and computer skills
    • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment, meeting tight deadlines and high expectations
    • Familiarity with medical/oncology terminology, AMA Style, and search engine optimization techniques a plus
