  • Responsibilities

    The Sales Manager is responsible for driving the day to day sales amongst the franchise by generating revenue by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options, and closing business. In addition to selling advertising and communication programs to existing customers and prospects, also responsible for managing relationships with key accounts while growing the business; and generating new revenue opportunities from new prospects, as well as driving the marketing for the franchise.



    • Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact, face to face meetings or conference calls
    • Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.
    • Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
    • Drive and achieve revenue through the sales of both print and digital platforms, and promotional sponsorships of our live meeting through effective methods (prospecting, relationship building, lead & proposal generation, consultative selling, etc.)
    • Help develop and implement ongoing comprehensive marketing, communications, branding, public relations strategies and tactical programs that will continue to grow and differentiate the franchise.
    • Play a lead role in building out the strategic offerings within the portfolio that will enable the franchise to achieve our value proposition.
    • Drive consistency in selling strategy and approach across the sales team.
    • Conduct quarterly account reviews to assess progress against objectives

    • Ability to build and execute on account plans
    • Forecast and communicate business goals month to month
    • Ability to manage multiple client companies, contacts, projects, priorities and timelines
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Passion to seek out, or create new business opportunities
