  • Responsibilities

    The Email Marketing Manager will work with the internal digital team and IT team to coordinate the execution of projects from conception through development and delivery. The ideal candidate will know how to create and manage an email plan, identifying and resolving problems along the way, while also keeping multiple stakeholders involved. This role will support email execution for promotional marketing programs.



    • Oversees implementation of all marketing email programs to facilitate timely and successful in-market execution.
    • Responsible for framing a roadmap for MJH to evolve email capabilities.
    • Responsible for consulting during strategy mapping and for informing marketing leads if process needs to be modified based on existing capabilities and/or guidance.
    • Continuously measures and optimizes channel performance.
    • Develops scorecards that include detailed email deliverability metrics against benchmarks and provides recommendations for email metric score improvements.
    • Works to minimize churn rate and improve productivity of email sends.
    • Leads A/B testing, email template design, and call-to-action functionality to ensure smooth, relevant, and error-free campaign implementation.
    • Responsible for segmentation and list management.



    • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years in leading large-scale email marketing programs.
    • Expert in email deliverability and email best practices
    • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
    • Knowledge of web analytics platforms/tools (Google Analytics)
    • Familiarity with CAN-SPAM law, FDA rules, and relevant privacy laws and regulations
    • Ability to communicate project status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
