  • Responsibilities

    MJH Associates, Inc is looking for a high-energy Recruiting Coordinator to join our Cranbury, NJ team!  The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, personable, confident, and have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice.



    • Support in scheduling a high-volume of candidate interviews
    • Facilitate on-site interviews with the objective of enhancing candidate experience
    • Communicate via email or phone with candidates for follow-up on interview confirmations
    • Launch background checks and perform proper follow-up with recruiter and/or candidate
    • Assist new hires with onboarding tasks
    • Prepare for new hires first day (IT equipment, desk setup, etc.)
    • Maintain expertise in recruiting systems, processes, and compliance
    • Ensure accurate record keeping of all recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system
    • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality always both internally and externally with our candidates
    • Maintain a strong understanding of the Company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure
    • Enter candidate information into HRIS system
    • Help to facilitate the college recruitment process
    • Update organization charts on a regular basis 


    • 2+ years of human resource/recruiting coordinator experience required
    • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
    • Must be proficient in Word and Excel
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities at any time, while maintaining high standards of work on a tight schedule in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven organizational skills with a high attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency
    • Proven ability to be adaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced and changing environment
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
