  • Responsibilities

    The Strategic Solutions Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of diverse programs that deliver Strategic Solutions to  MJH’s  pharmaceutical clients.    Strategic Solutions delivers diverse solutions to MJH’s clients including market research, sales training, as well as Market Access and Value-based medicine educational programs across the country.   The Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Strategic Solutions programs and tactics.


    The Strategic Solutions Account Manager is a collaborator and able to work on multiple tasks.  Builds strong working relationships with internal and external partners.  Open to new ideas, creates an environment that encourages information sharing, and actively works with the team to help bring ideas to fruition.



    • Drive internal and external management of Strategic Solutions programming
    • Assist in creative development process by coordinating activities of creative, marketing, live events, production and client, and provides feedback for revisions as needed
    • Implements and oversees solution development, execution and follow-up
    • Maintains effective and efficient communication to clients and advisors


    • 2+ years of experience
    • Experience in healthcare or marketing
    • Willing to learn and build programs
    • Excellent motivational and communication skills.
    • Very well organized with strong office technology (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) skills.
    • Strong project and budget management skills.
