  • Responsibilities

    MJH Associates, Inc. is seeking a Data Entry/Customer Service Associate to join our growing team! 



    • Data entry for Cure and Heal BRCs including referral cards.
    • Answer calls and messages from Cure subscribers and provide customer support as needed.
    • Provide feedback on potential subscription campaigns from a customer service perspective.
    • Support BPA audit related activities as needed, including record retention, and retrieval.
    • QA and process support for BRCs entered by outside partners.
    • Provide outreach as needed to increase bulk subscriptions.
    • Outbound call support to resolve address and other subscription issues.
