  • Responsibilities

    MJH Assocaties, Inc., is looking for a Digital Administrator to join our team.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Upload/post content to the PTCE website in text, picture, video, etc. formats 
    • Lead the implementation of webinar programs, including scheduling, uploading of program content, platform functionality, moderating, and faculty management.
    • Resolve problems and provide responses/assistance to staff regarding website, IT, and registration issues.
    • Maintain website design, functionality and content management, and provide recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
    • Work with marketing to identify opportunities to focus promotional efforts to website
    • Serve as liaison between IT and program management to ensure implementation of programs are seamless and timely
    • Monitor web traffic, user engagement, and metrics for company strategic planning
    • Generate back end reporting including outcomes data, participation reports other requests as needed

    Full Summary of Responsibilities:

    • E-Learning and Website Management
      • Maintain a detailed schedule of all essential web-based project activities and deadlines, and report to management on a regular basis
      • Implement distribution of pre- and post-program surveys as needed
      • Conduct data pulls as needed
    • Enduring Components
      • Integrate graphics, animation, and multimedia as needed to online platform.
      • Integrate CME/CE documentation and notification requirements for online activities as needed.
      • Initiate internal review process of enduring content to all appropriate teams, including project management, compliance, and general management, and execute necessary revisions.
    • In-House/Miscellaneous Duties
      • Support team upon request in various tasks, including creative and quality control.
      • Attend meetings, educational sessions, training sessions, etc.
      • Work closely with the Director of Operations to revise and develop SOP’s and submission templates. 
      • Assist in maintaining up-to-date procedures; provide feedback on current methods and opportunities for improvement
      • Keep records of nature and time spent on various tasks.
      • Conduct training for internal staff on web management as needed

    1st Year Goals

    • Become fully proficient with uploading programs including pre/post-tests, evaluations, etc – Goal achieved by TBD
    • Thorough understanding of vaccine/Lucid system and including CMS, outcomes reporting tools and back end functionality – Goal achieved by TBD
    • Establish process with IT and Marketing to streamline process for distribution of emails and posting of banner ads – Goal achieved by TBD
    • Enhance delivery formats for webinars, webcasts and other online programming. Goal achived by TBD
    • Achieve complete deadline compliance for program postings. Goal achieved by TBD
