  • Responsibilities

    MJH Associates, Inc. is looking for a Development Manager to join the IT team!



    ·        Provide direction and strategy to the Web Development and Data Management IT team

    ·        Developing functional enhancement/improvement Roadmap

    ·        Manage projects with priority conflicts

    ·        Manage project scope

    ·        Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge, skills and experience in Web Development, AWS Services, Data Management and Digital Marketing



    ·        Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, development or data management related discipline

    ·        Experience in managing a team of at least 10 resources

    ·        Ability to delegate, seek help and prioritize

    ·        Ability to showcase studies of relevant experience

    ·        Team management and leadership skills

    ·        Reporting and analysis across all services

    ·        Ability to balance workload and commit to deadlines and deliverables

    ·        Ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources to provide clients with actionable insights

    ·        Motivation to meet and exceed goals

    ·        Experience with marketing automation
