  • Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking a Reporting Coordinator/Analyst  to join our PER team.


    Requested Skills:

    ·        Ability to analyze and interpret audience response data, either paper or electronic, collected during educational activities. Analyses should be provided in the form of a written report based on expectations and objectives outlined in submitted educational grants

    ·        Working knowledge of the ACCME reaccreditation process (including preparing activity files and/or drafting sections of the self-study) - preferred

    ·        Intermediate/advanced competency with MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts/graphs), Word (style guides, formatting, templates), PowerPoint (audio/video embedding, master slides), and Adobe Acrobat Writer (add/delete pages, edit content)


    Those skills are suggested based on the size and scope of our CME/CE Program and for the person to be able to successfully execute the tasks/goals below.


    Key Daily Responsibilities:

    Review all marketing and activity on-site materials for compliance (ensure all of the required components are included and accurate)
    Outcomes reporting data entry (OBP/Grand Rounds) and core conference satellite symposia)
    Maintain outcomes tracking status report (enter pertinent information and deadlines from incoming LOAs)
    Assist with addressing participant/attendee queries regarding obtaining credit and process emailed requests for credit
    Update PARS report with newly awarded activities and participation data from final outcomes reports
    Assist with preparing content review, COI resolution, and outcomes tracking forms for online enduring materials
    Download/format final activity screenshots for online enduring materials (prior to activity expiration)
